Setup Guide

1. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker using the provided USB-C cable. Connect the USB-C end to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

2. Power On/Off

Locate the power switch on the rear panel of the speaker. Slide the switch to the 'ON' position to power on the device. The LED lights will illuminate, and you will hear a power-on prompt. To power off, slide the switch back to the 'OFF' position.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth mode (indicated by a voice prompt).
  2. On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select 'Oakcastle PS200' from the list of devices.
  4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone. You can now play audio from your device through the speaker.

4. Connecting the Wired Microphone

Plug the wired microphone's 6.35mm jack into the 'MIC' input port on the rear panel of the speaker. Ensure the microphone's own power switch (if applicable) is in the 'ON' position. You can now use the microphone for vocals.

5. TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing (Optional)

To pair two PS200 speakers for stereo sound:

  1. Ensure both PS200 speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
  2. Press and hold the 'TWS' button on one of the speakers (this will be your primary speaker).
  3. The speakers will automatically search and pair with each other. A confirmation tone will indicate successful pairing.
  4. Now, connect your mobile device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in step 3. Audio will play in stereo across both speakers.

Operating Instructions

Volume Control

Adjust the main volume using the large rotary knob on the top panel of the speaker. Turn clockwise to increase volume and counter-clockwise to decrease.

Playback Controls

Use the buttons on the top panel to control audio playback:

LED Light Modes

Press the 'Light' button (often labeled 'M/V' or similar, refer to specific button layout on your unit) on the top panel to cycle through different LED light modes or to turn them off. The lights can react to the music or display static patterns.

EQ Control

The speaker features an EQ (Equalizer) button. Press this button to cycle through preset equalizer modes, optimizing the sound for different music genres or preferences.

Switching Input Modes

Press the 'Mode' button (often labeled 'M/V' or similar) on the top panel to switch between available input sources: Bluetooth, AUX, USB, and FM radio.

Karaoke Mode

With the wired microphone connected, you can use the speaker for karaoke. Adjust the microphone volume using the dedicated knob (if available) or the main volume control. Ensure your music source is playing and the microphone is active.
