Setup
1. Battery Installation:
- Locate the battery compartment on the device.
- Open the compartment cover.
- Insert 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Securely close the battery compartment cover to ensure water resistance.
2. App Download and Installation:
Search for the official "BLE-YC01" application (or similar name provided in the product packaging) on the Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). Download and install the application on your smartphone or tablet.
3. Bluetooth Pairing:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
- Long press the ON/OFF button on the water quality monitor to activate its Bluetooth function. The Bluetooth indicator on the device display should become active.
- Open the installed application on your mobile device.
- Follow the in-app instructions to search for and connect to the "BLE-YC01" device.
- Once connected, the app will display real-time measurement data.

Operating Instructions
Button Functions:
- ON/OFF Button:
- Short press: Turns the device ON/OFF.
- Long press: Activates/Deactivates Bluetooth function.
- MODE/CAL Button:
- Short press: Cycles through measurement modes (EC/PPM/CL/pH/ORP).
- Long press: Initiates calibration for EC/SALT/pH/ORP.
- HOLD/TEMP Button:
- Short press: Locks the current measurement value on the display.
- Long press: Switches temperature units between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
Taking Measurements:
- Turn on the device by short pressing the ON/OFF button.
- Place the floating unit into the water you wish to test. Ensure the probe is fully immersed.
- The device will automatically begin measuring. Readings will be displayed on the LCD screen and transmitted to the connected mobile app.
- Short press the MODE/CAL button to switch between different measurement parameters (pH, EC, ORP, Chlorine, Salinity, Temperature).
- To hold a reading on the display, short press the HOLD/TEMP button. Press again to release.
Using the Mobile Application:
- Real-time Monitoring: View all measurement data live on the app interface.
- Data Logging & Export: The app automatically saves up to 1000 records. You can export this data to an Excel file for further analysis, sharing, or printing.
- Alarm Settings: Set custom high and low limits for pH, EC, ORP, and Chlorine. The app will send notifications if readings fall outside these predefined ranges.

Calibration
Regular calibration ensures the accuracy of your water quality monitor. Calibration is typically performed for pH, EC, and ORP. Refer to the specific instructions provided with your calibration solutions.
- Prepare the necessary calibration buffer solutions (e.g., pH 4.00, pH 6.86, pH 9.18 for pH; specific EC/TDS solutions; ORP solution).
- Turn on the device.

- Immerse the probe into the first calibration solution. Wait for the reading to stabilize.

- Rinse the probe with distilled water and dry it gently before proceeding to the next calibration solution.
- Repeat the process for all required calibration points for the selected parameter.
- Exit calibration mode once complete.

Maintenance
