Getting Started
Charging the Battery
- Locate the 5000mAh rechargeable battery and the provided USB charging cable.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the battery.

- Allow approximately 2 hours for a full charge. The battery indicator lights will show charging status.
Attaching the Heating Pad
- Insert the charged battery into the hidden battery pocket on the heating pad.
- Wrap the heating pad around your lower back or waist, ensuring the heating elements are positioned over the desired area.
- Secure the pad using the adjustable Velcro straps for a snug and comfortable fit.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the power button on the control panel for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
- To power off, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.
Adjusting Heat Levels
- After powering on, short press the heat button to cycle through the 3 heat levels: Low (blue light), Medium (green light), and High (red light).
- Allow 30-40 seconds for the pad to reach the desired temperature.
Selecting Vibration Modes
- Short press the vibration button to cycle through the 3 available vibration intensities/modes.

Automatic Shut-Off
