5. Setup

5.1 Dock Placement

  • Place the multifunctional dock on a hard, level surface against a wall.
  • Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides of the dock and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of it.
  • Connect the power cable to the dock and plug it into a power outlet.

5.2 Initial Charging

  • Place the robot onto the charging dock. Ensure the charging contacts on the robot align with those on the dock.
  • The robot will automatically begin charging. Allow it to fully charge before its first cleaning cycle.

5.3 App Connection

  • Download the Roborock App from your device's app store.
  • Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your Roborock Qrevo.
  • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4Ghz, as the robot only supports this frequency.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Starting a Cleaning Cycle

  • Via Robot: Press the power button on the robot once to start a full cleaning cycle.
  • Via App: Open the Roborock App, select your device, and tap 'Clean' to initiate cleaning. You can also customize cleaning modes, areas, and intensity.
  • Via Voice Control: Use compatible voice assistants (Amazon Alexa, Siri Shortcuts) with commands like "Alexa, tell Roborock to clean my kitchen."

6.2 Pausing/Resuming Cleaning

  • Press any button on the robot or use the app to pause a cleaning cycle.
  • Press the power button again or use the app to resume.

6.3 Returning to Dock

  • Press the dock button on the robot or use the app to send the robot back to its multifunctional dock.
  • The robot will automatically return to the dock when the battery is low or after completing a cleaning cycle.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Multifunctional Dock Maintenance

  • Dust Bag: Replace the 2.7L dust bag approximately every 7 weeks, or when the app indicates it is full.
  • Water Tanks: Regularly empty the dirty water tank and refill the clean water tank. Clean both tanks as needed.
  • Dock Base: Detach and clean the dock base to remove any accumulated dirt or debris.

7.2 Robot Components Maintenance

  • Mop Cloths: The robot's auto mop washing feature cleans the cloths. For deeper cleaning, remove and hand wash the mop cloths as needed.
  • Main Brush: Remove the main brush and clean any tangled hair or debris. The all-rubber brush is designed to minimize tangles.
  • Side Brush: Check and clean the side brush for tangled hair or debris.
  • Filters: The filter is washable. Rinse it under running water and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.
