1. Introduction

2. Package Contents

3. Setup Guide

3.1. Battery Installation

  1. Open the battery compartment cover located on the underside of the mouse.
  2. Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  3. Close the battery compartment cover.

3.2. Connecting via 2.4G Wireless Mode

  1. Locate the 2.4G USB receiver inside the mouse's battery compartment.
  2. Remove the USB receiver and plug it into an available USB port on your computer.
  3. Slide the mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to the "2.4G" position.
  4. The mouse should automatically connect to your computer. The green LED indicator will light up briefly.

3.3. Connecting via Bluetooth Mode (BT 5.0 / BT 3.0)

  1. Slide the mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to the "BT" position.
  2. Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button (usually located near the mode switch) for 3-5 seconds until the blue LED indicator starts flashing. This indicates the mouse is in pairing mode.
  3. On your device (computer, tablet, smartphone), go to Bluetooth settings and search for new devices.
  4. Select "TECKNET Mouse" (or similar name) from the list of available devices to pair.
  5. Once paired, the blue LED indicator will stop flashing and remain solid for a few seconds before turning off.

3.4. Switching Between Modes/Devices

The mouse supports connecting to two devices simultaneously (one via 2.4G, one via Bluetooth). Use the mode switch on the bottom of the mouse to select your desired connection:

  • 2.4G: Connects to the device with the USB receiver.
  • BT: Connects to the paired Bluetooth device.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. DPI Adjustment

The mouse features 6 adjustable DPI levels (800/1200/1600/2400/3200/4800) to suit your precision needs. Press the DPI switch button, located behind the scroll wheel, to cycle through the DPI settings. Each press changes the cursor speed, allowing for precise control on various surfaces.

4.2. Silent Click Feature

The left, right, and middle click buttons are designed for silent operation, reducing click noise by up to 90%. This feature is ideal for quiet environments such as libraries, offices, or home settings where minimizing disturbance is important.

4.3. Power Saving Features
