4. Setup
4.1. Unpacking and Initial Power-Up
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Connect the AC power adapter to the security panel and plug it into a power outlet. The panel has a built-in battery for backup power.
4.2. Installing Sensors and Accessories
Install the provided batteries into the motion sensor, door/window sensors, doorbell, and remote controls. Ensure correct polarity. Position door/window sensors on doors and windows, and the motion sensor in areas requiring coverage. The security panel can be placed on a desktop or mounted on a wall.

4.3. Connecting to WiFi and Mobile App
- Download the "Smart Life" or "Tuya" app from your smartphone's app store.
- Register for an account and log in.
- On the security panel, navigate to the network settings and select WiFi.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the panel to your 2.4G WiFi network.
- In the app, add a new device and follow the pairing instructions. The app will guide you through connecting the alarm system.
- Once connected, you will receive notifications on your phone when sensors are activated.
4.4. Inserting a 4G SIM Card (Optional)
For 4G GSM functionality, insert a compatible SIM card (not included) into the designated slot on the security panel. This enables the system to send text messages and make calls in case of an alarm, even if WiFi is unavailable.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Using the 4.3-inch Touch Screen Panel
The security panel features a clear 4.3-inch anti-fingerprint touch screen with intuitive controls. Use the touch interface to arm, disarm, check system status, view event logs, and access menu settings.

5.2. Arming and Disarming the System
- Arm Away: Activates all sensors. Use when leaving the premises.
- Arm Home/Stay Arm: Activates perimeter sensors (e.g., door/window sensors) while allowing movement within the property.
- Disarm: Deactivates all sensors.
These actions can be performed via the touch screen, remote control, or the mobile app.
5.3. Mobile App Alerts and Control
The Smart Life/Tuya app provides 24/7 alarm monitoring. When a sensor is triggered, you will receive instant notifications on your smartphone. The app also allows you to remotely arm/disarm the system, check device status, and manage settings from anywhere.

5.4. Voice Control Integration
The system is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. You can arm or disarm your system using voice commands. For example, say "Alexa, arm my home" or "Google, disarm my home."

5.5. Built-in Siren
The security panel features a built-in 115 dB siren designed to deter intruders when an alarm is triggered.

5.6. Adding More Accessories

6. Maintenance
6.1. Battery Replacement
Regularly check the battery status of all wireless sensors and remote controls. Replace batteries promptly when the low battery indicator appears on the panel or app. Refer to the specifications section for battery types for each component.
