1. Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up your new ACEMAGIC Laptop Computer AX16.
1.1 Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. The box should contain:
- 1 × AX16 Laptop N95 Core 16GB RAM 512GB ROM
- 1 × Power Adapter
- 1 × User Manual
Inspect the laptop and accessories for any visible damage. If any components are missing or damaged, please contact customer support immediately.

1.2 Connecting the Power Adapter
Connect the power adapter to the Type-C DC Jack on the laptop and then plug it into a power outlet. It is recommended to fully charge the laptop before its first use.
1.3 First Boot and Windows 11 Setup
Press the power button to turn on the laptop. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup of Windows 11. This includes setting up your region, language, network connection, and user account.

The laptop is designed with an efficient cooling system to maintain low temperatures and ensure stable performance, even under heavy loads.
3.2 Physical Care
The metal body is built to withstand pressure and minor collisions. The flat hinge allows the laptop to open up to 180°, providing flexibility while reducing strain on the hinge. Keep the laptop clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or liquids.

4. Troubleshooting

4.1 Touchpad or Numeric Keypad Failure
If your touchpad or numeric keypad stops responding, it might be accidentally locked. Use the following key combinations to unlock them:
- Touchpad: Press FN + Spacebar to unlock the trackpad.
- Numeric Keypad: Press FN + F12 to unlock the numeric keypad.
For other keyboard functions, you can use FN in combination with the shortcut keys at the top of the keyboard (e.g., FN+Esc for sleep, FN+F1 for airplane mode, FN+F2 for mute, etc.).
