3. Setup Guide
3.1 Powering the Device
- Locate the 6V DC power input port on the side of the monitor.
- Connect the provided 6V power adapter to this port.
- Plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
- Alternatively, the device can be powered by batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit and insert four AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Before Taking a Measurement
- Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising, and bathing for 30 minutes before measurement.
- Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
- Sit in a comfortable position with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
- Place your arm on a flat surface so the cuff is at heart level.
- Remain still and silent during the measurement.
4.2 Taking an Automatic Measurement
