  • Do not cover crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the oven.

4. Setup and First Use

Unpacking:

  1. Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Remove any packing materials, stickers, or protective films from the appliance.
  3. Inspect the oven for any damage. Do not use if damaged.

Placement:

  • Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface.
  • Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 10-15 cm) on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place it against a wall or under cabinets.
  • Keep the oven away from flammable materials, heat sources, and water.

Before First Use:

  1. Wash all accessories (wire racks, mesh basket tray, rotisserie spit, crumb tray, tray handle) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  2. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
  3. Plug the oven into a grounded electrical outlet.
  4. To eliminate any manufacturing odors, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at 230°C on the "Bake" function. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal and will dissipate. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
  5. Allow the oven to cool completely before its first cooking use.

Control Panel Overview:

  • LED Screen Display: Shows current temperature, time, and selected function.
  • Control Knobs: Used to adjust temperature, time, and select functions/menus.

Basic Operation:

  1. Power On: Plug the oven into a suitable power outlet. The display will illuminate.
  2. Select Function: Use the function/menu buttons or control knobs to select your desired cooking mode (e.g., Bake, Air Fry, Toast, Roast). The oven offers 9 preset functions.
  3. Adjust Temperature: The temperature can be set between 60°C and 230°C. Use the temperature control knob to adjust.
  4. Set Timer: The timer can be set for up to 120 minutes. Use the timer control knob to adjust.
  5. Start Cooking: Press the Start/Stop button to begin the cooking process.
  6. Monitor Cooking: The oven lamp provides visibility, and the double glass door helps retain heat while allowing you to monitor food.
  7. End Cooking: The oven will automatically shut off when the timer expires. You can also press the Start/Stop button to manually stop cooking.

Preset Functions and Menus:

The oven comes with 9 preset functions and 18 preset menus for common dishes. Refer to the quick start guide or a dedicated section in the full manual (if provided separately) for a detailed list and recommended settings for each preset.

Using Accessories:

  • Wire Racks: Use for baking, toasting, or roasting items that require air circulation from below.
  • Mesh Basket Tray: Ideal for air frying foods like fries, chicken wings, or vegetables, allowing hot air to circulate around all sides for crisp results.
  • Crumb Tray: Always place this at the bottom of the oven to catch crumbs and drips, making cleaning easier. Ensure it is properly seated.
  • Rotisserie Spit: Use for roasting whole chickens or other large cuts of meat. Insert the spit through the center of the food, secure with forks, and place into the rotisserie slots inside the oven. Use the rotisserie function.
  • Tray Handle: Use this tool to safely insert and remove hot trays, racks, and the rotisserie spit from the oven.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your oven.

General Cleaning:

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Crumb Tray: Remove the crumb tray and discard accumulated crumbs. Wash the tray in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
  3. Accessories: Wash all removable accessories (wire racks, mesh basket tray, rotisserie spit, tray handle) in warm, soapy water. For stubborn food residue, soak them before washing. Rinse and dry completely.
  4. Interior: Wipe the enamel cavity walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For baked-on food, a non-abrasive cleaner or a paste of baking soda and water can be used. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals that could damage the enamel.
  5. Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  6. Glass Door: Clean the double glass door with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth.

Storage:

Ensure the oven is clean and dry before storing. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not wrap the cord tightly around the appliance.
