4. Getting Started

4.1. Identifying Ports

• Micro USB Input: For charging the power bank.
• USB Type-C Input/Output: For charging the power bank or charging external devices.
• USB Type-A Outputs (x2): For charging external devices.

4.2. Checking Battery Level

The power bank is equipped with LED indicators to show the remaining battery charge. Press the power button briefly to activate the indicators.

• 4 LEDs: 75-100% charge
• 3 LEDs: 50-75% charge
• 2 LEDs: 25-50% charge
• 1 LED: 0-25% charge (recharge soon)

5. Charging the Power Bank

Before first use, fully charge the power bank.

1. Connect a compatible USB charging cable to either the Micro USB Input or the USB Type-C Input/Output port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB wall charger (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LED indicators will illuminate and flash to show the charging progress. All LEDs will be solid when the power bank is fully charged.

6. Charging External Devices

The power bank can charge up to three devices simultaneously.

1. Connect your device's charging cable to one of the USB Type-A Output ports or the USB Type-C Input/Output port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to your smartphone, tablet, or other compatible device.
3. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. If not, press the power button once to initiate charging.
4. The LED indicators will show the remaining charge of the power bank during the charging process.

7. Maintenance and Care

• Clean the power bank with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• If the power bank will not be used for an extended period, charge it fully every 3-6 months to maintain battery health.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1. Power Bank Not Charging

• Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's input port and the power source.
• Try a different charging cable or wall adapter.
• Verify the power source is active.

8.2. Device Not Charging from Power Bank

• Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge (check LED indicators).
• Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank's output port and your device.
• Try a different charging cable or a different output port on the power bank.
• Press the power button on the power bank to ensure it is active.
• Ensure your device is compatible with the power bank's output specifications.

8.3. Slow Charging

• Ensure you are using a high-quality cable that supports fast charging.
• Check if your device supports fast charging and if the correct port (e.g., USB-C) is being used.
• Charging multiple devices simultaneously may reduce individual charging speeds.
