2. Safety Instructions

- Ensure the cabinet is securely mounted to a sturdy wall stud or appropriate wall anchors capable of supporting the unit's weight (approximately 22 lbs / 10 kg) plus any stored items.
- Do not overload the storage shelves or exceed the ironing board's load-bearing capacity of 22 lbs (10 kg).
- Keep children and pets away from the ironing board during use and when opening/closing the cabinet.
- Always ensure the ironing board is fully extended and stable before placing an iron on it.
- Allow the iron to cool completely before storing it in the cabinet.
- Do not use the ironing board for purposes other than ironing garments.
- Regularly check all mounting hardware and hinges for tightness and wear.
3. Package Contents
Your QUEMARQUE Wall Mounted Swivel Ironing Board with Storage Cabinet package includes:
- Fully assembled ironing board cabinet with integrated swivel ironing board.
- Mounting hardware (screws, wall anchors).
- Instruction manual.
4. Setup and Installation
The ironing board cabinet comes fully assembled, requiring only wall mounting. Ensure you have the necessary tools (drill, level, measuring tape, screwdriver) before beginning installation.
- Choose Location: Select a suitable wall location, preferably near an electrical outlet, ensuring there is enough clear space for the cabinet door to open and the ironing board to extend and swivel freely.
- Measure and Mark: Using a measuring tape and level, mark the desired height for the top of the cabinet. The cabinet dimensions are approximately 14.18 inches (36 cm) wide, 7.09 inches (18 cm) deep, and 43.3 inches (110 cm) high. Use the pre-drilled hanging holes on the cabinet as a template to mark the drilling points on the wall.
- Drill Holes: Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. If mounting into drywall, insert appropriate wall anchors. If mounting into a wood stud, drill pilot holes slightly smaller than the screw diameter.
- Mount Cabinet: Align the cabinet's pre-drilled holes with the drilled holes/anchors on the wall. Secure the cabinet firmly to the wall using the provided mounting hardware. Ensure the cabinet is level and stable before use.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Opening the Cabinet and Deploying the Ironing Board
- Locate the recessed handle on the edge of the cabinet door.
- Gently pull the handle to open the cabinet door. The lock latch will release, allowing the door to swing open smoothly.
- Once the door is open, the ironing board will be folded inside. Carefully pull the ironing board downwards until it is fully extended and locked into its horizontal position. Ensure it is stable before use.
5.2 Using the Swivel Function
The swivel ironing board can rotate up to 180 degrees, offering flexibility for both right and left-handed users.
- With the ironing board fully extended, locate the bolts or adjustment mechanism underneath the ironing board.
- Loosen the bolts slightly to allow the board to rotate.
- Gently rotate the ironing board to your desired angle.
- Once positioned, tighten the bolts securely to lock the board in place before ironing.

5.3 Retracting and Closing
- After use, ensure the iron is cool and removed from the board.
- If the board was swiveled, return it to its central position and ensure the bolts are tightened.
- Gently lift the ironing board to fold it back into the cabinet.
- Close the cabinet door, ensuring the lock latch engages to keep it securely shut.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning the Cabinet
Wipe the cabinet surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish. Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
6.2 Ironing Board Cover Care
The protective cloth cover is made of foam liner and breathable cotton, designed for high temperature resistance and good heat dissipation. If the cover becomes soiled, it can typically be removed and hand-washed or machine-washed on a gentle cycle with cold water. Allow it to air dry completely before reattaching. Do not bleach or tumble dry.

6.3 Hardware Inspection
Periodically check all screws, hinges, and mounting hardware to ensure they remain tight and secure. Tighten any loose fasteners as needed.
7. Troubleshooting
- Ironing board does not swivel smoothly: Check the bolts underneath the ironing board. Loosen them slightly to allow for easier rotation, then re-tighten once the desired position is achieved. Ensure no obstructions are present.
- Cabinet door does not close properly: Inspect the hinges for any damage or misalignment. Ensure the lock latch mechanism is clear of debris and functioning correctly. Verify that the cabinet itself is level and securely mounted.
- Cabinet feels unstable: Re-check all wall mounting screws and anchors. Ensure they are securely fastened into a sturdy part of the wall (e.g., a wall stud) or appropriate heavy-duty anchors are used.
