This band is designed to replace the original strap of your GRV S1 smart watch, allowing for customization and comfortable wear. Setup: Band Installation
The GRV S1 replacement band is specifically designed for the GRV S1 smart watch. Follow these steps to install or replace your band:
- Prepare the Device: Ensure your GRV S1 fitness tracker is powered off before attempting to remove or install the band.
- Remove Existing Band (if applicable): Locate the quick-release pins or attachment mechanism on the underside of your GRV S1 fitness tracker where the band connects. Gently slide the pin to detach the existing band from the tracker body. Repeat for both sides.
- Attach New Band: Align one end of the new GRV S1 replacement band with the corresponding lug on the fitness tracker. Insert one side of the quick-release pin into the lug hole. While holding the pin, slide the other side of the pin into the opposite lug hole until it clicks into place. Gently tug on the band to ensure it is securely attached.
- Repeat for Second Half: Attach the second half of the replacement band following the same procedure.

Operating: Adjusting the Band
The GRV S1 replacement band features an adjustable design to ensure a comfortable and secure fit on your wrist. The band can be adjusted to lengths between 150mm (5.7 inches) and 220mm (8.7 inches).
- Fasten the Buckle: Wrap the band around your wrist and insert the tang (pin) of the buckle into one of the adjustment holes on the strap.
- Secure the Loop: Slide the free end of the strap through the keeper loop to prevent it from flapping.
- Check Fit: Ensure the band is snug but not too tight, allowing for comfortable movement and proper sensor contact with your skin (if applicable to the tracker).

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and hygiene of your GRV S1 replacement band, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: The band is water-resistant and sweat-resistant. It can be removed from the main unit and rinsed with water. For a thorough clean, use a mild soap and water solution. Gently scrub with a soft cloth or brush.
- Drying: After cleaning, ensure the band is completely dry before reattaching it to your fitness tracker. Air drying is recommended.
