3. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully for a smooth assembly process. An electric drill with a Phillips head attachment is recommended for efficiency.
- Unpack and Organize: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface. Group similar parts and hardware.
- Assemble the Frame: Connect the side panels to the bottom panel using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Attach Legs and Reinforced Strip: Secure the four legs and the wavy reinforced strip to the bottom of the nightstand frame.
- Install Drawer Slides: Attach the drawer slides to the inner sides of the nightstand frame and to the drawer sides as per the diagram. Ensure they are level and aligned for smooth operation.
- Assemble Drawers: Construct each of the three drawers by attaching the front, sides, and back panels to the drawer bottom. Insert the assembled drawers into the installed slides.
- Attach Back Panel: Secure the back panel to the main frame of the nightstand.
- Install Handles: Attach the zinc alloy handles to the front of each drawer.
- Install Anti-Tip Kit: Follow the instructions provided with the anti-tip kit to secure the nightstand to a wall stud.
