4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be quick and easy, typically taking about 10 minutes. No complicated tools are required beyond what is provided.

Assembly Steps:

1. Attach Wheels to Base Frames: Insert the lockable wheels (E1) into the designated holes on one base frame (A) and the common wheels (E2) into the other base frame (A). Ensure they are firmly seated.

2. Connect Lower Bars: Connect the lower connecting bars (C1 and C2) to the base frames (A). Align the holes and secure them using the spring fasteners (F) and the hex wrench (G).

3. Attach Upper Vertical Supports: Insert the upper vertical supports (B) into the top openings of the base frames (A). Ensure the spring fasteners click into place for a secure connection.
4. Install Upper Hanging Bar: Connect the upper hanging bar (D) between the two upper vertical supports (B). Ensure the spring fasteners engage to lock the bar in position.

5. Operating Instructions

Hanging Clothes:

• Use the main horizontal bar to hang garments on hangers.
• Utilize the side hooks for hanging accessories such as hats, bags, or scarves.
• Distribute the weight of clothes evenly to maintain stability and prevent strain on the rack.

Mobility and Stability:

• The rack is equipped with 360-degree rotating industrial-grade wheels for easy movement.
• To move the rack, unlock the two lockable wheels (E1) by flipping their levers.
• Once the rack is in the desired position, engage the levers on the lockable wheels (E1) to secure the rack in place.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
• Inspection: Periodically check all connections and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
