3. Setup

4. Operating Instructions

The Rolipo SL-007 is designed for quick and effective wrinkle removal. It can be used both vertically and horizontally.

1. Preheating: Once plugged in, the steamer will begin to heat up. The indicator light will show when it's ready for use (typically within 20-30 seconds).
2. Steaming Garments:
   • Hang the garment on a hanger or lay it flat on a clean, heat-resistant surface.
   • Hold the steamer upright (for vertical steaming) or flat (for horizontal steaming) and press the steam trigger.
   • Move the steam nozzle slowly over the fabric, allowing the steam to penetrate and relax the fibers. For stubborn wrinkles, you may gently press the soleplate against the fabric.
   • For best results, pull the fabric taut with your free hand while steaming.

3. Fabric Compatibility: The steamer is safe for use on most fabrics, including delicate materials like silk, wool, cotton, linen, polyester, and nylon. Always test on an inconspicuous area first.
4. Finishing: Once steaming is complete, release the steam trigger and unplug the appliance. Allow garments to cool and dry before wearing or storing.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your steamer.

1. After Each Use:
   • Unplug the steamer and allow it to cool completely.
   • Remove the water tank and empty any remaining water.
   • Wipe the exterior of the steamer with a soft, damp cloth.
2. Descaling (Monthly or as needed):
   • If you notice reduced steam output or mineral residue, descaling may be necessary.
   • Mix a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water.
   • Fill the water tank with this solution and run the steamer until the tank is empty.
   • Repeat with clean, distilled water to rinse out any vinegar residue.
   • Caution: Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
3. Storage: Store the steamer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the water tank is empty before storage.
