Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

  1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the speaker's charging port.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 3-4 hours.
  4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.

2. Powering On/Off

Operating Instructions

1. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing LED light).
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "HyperBeam" from the list of devices.
  4. Once paired, the speaker will indicate a successful connection, and the LED light will change to a steady state.
  5. The speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

2. Aux-In Mode

  1. Connect one end of the provided 3.5mm Aux Cable to the speaker's Aux-In port.
  2. Connect the other end to the headphone jack of your audio device.
  3. The speaker will automatically switch to Aux-In mode.
  4. Adjust volume from both your device and the speaker.

3. USB Drive Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive containing audio files into the speaker's USB port.
  2. The speaker will automatically detect the USB drive and begin playback.
  3. Use the speaker's on-board controls to navigate tracks and adjust volume.

4. microSD Card Playback

  1. Insert a microSD card containing audio files into the speaker's microSD card slot.
  2. The speaker will automatically detect the card and begin playback.
  3. Use the speaker's on-board controls to navigate tracks and adjust volume.

5. LED Lighting Modes

The speaker features 6 distinct multi-color LED lighting modes. Press the LED button (refer to product diagram for exact location) to cycle through the available modes or to turn the lights off.

6. Hands-Free Calling

When connected via Bluetooth to a smartphone, the built-in microphone allows for hands-free calls.

7. True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

To achieve room-filling stereo sound, you can pair two HyperBeam LED Wireless Speakers together.

  1. Ensure both HyperBeam speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press and hold the TWS pairing button (refer to product diagram for exact location) until you hear a prompt indicating TWS pairing mode.
  3. The primary speaker will search for the secondary speaker.
  4. Once connected, both speakers will indicate a successful TWS connection.
  5. Now, connect your device via Bluetooth to the primary speaker as described in the "Bluetooth Pairing" section. Audio will play in stereo through both speakers.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

ProblemSolution
Speaker does not power on.Ensure the speaker is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the USB-C cable.
Cannot pair via Bluetooth.
  • Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing LED).
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Move the speaker closer to your device.
  • Forget "HyperBeam" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Ensure no other devices are currently connected to the speaker.
No sound from speaker.
  • Check volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device.
  • Ensure the correct input mode (Bluetooth, Aux, USB, microSD) is selected.
  • If using Aux-In, ensure the cable is fully inserted and not damaged.
LED lights are not working.Press the LED button to cycle through modes or turn them on.
TWS pairing failed.
  • Ensure both speakers are HyperBeam models.
  • Make sure both speakers are not connected to any other Bluetooth device before initiating TWS pairing.
  • Place speakers close to each other during pairing.
