4. Setup

4.1 Battery Charging and Installation

The AER16 is powered by an 11.1V 1100 mAh Li-Po battery. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.

  1. Connect the provided charging cable to the battery and a suitable USB power source.
  2. Allow the battery to charge completely. Refer to the charger's indicator for charging status.
  3. Locate the battery compartment, typically within the buttstock or handguard.
  4. Carefully insert the charged battery into the compartment and connect it to the air rifle's power connector.
  5. Securely close the battery compartment.

4.2 Loading BBs

The AER16 uses .177 caliber steel BBs and comes with a 55-round drop-free magazine and a 650-round speedloader.

  1. Remove the magazine from the air rifle by pressing the magazine release button.
  2. Use the included speedloader to fill the magazine with .177 caliber steel BBs. Ensure BBs are loaded correctly to prevent jams.
  3. Insert the loaded magazine firmly into the magazine well until it clicks into place.

4.3 Adjusting Buttstock

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Safety Selector

The AER16 features a safety selector with three positions: SAFE, SEMI, and AUTO.

  • SAFE: Prevents the air rifle from firing. Always engage the safety when not actively shooting.
  • SEMI: Allows for single shots with each pull of the trigger.
