Setup Instructions

  1. Prepare Pedals: Apply the provided adhesive hookside tape to the bottom of your effects pedals. Ensure the pedal surface is clean and dry before application for optimal adhesion.

  3. Mount Pedals: Place your prepared pedals onto the pedalboard. The pedalboard surface is pre-fitted with the loop side of the tape for secure attachment. Arrange them according to your preferred signal chain.
  4. Multiple guitar pedals securely mounted on the LEKATO Pedalboard, demonstrating ample space and organization.

  5. Connect Power: Use the provided DC power cables to connect your pedals to the appropriate output ports on the built-in power supply. Match the voltage requirements of your pedals (9V, 12V, or 18V) to the corresponding ports.

  7. Connect Main Power: Plug the included power adapter into the DC 18V input port on the pedalboard's power supply, then connect the adapter to a wall outlet.
  8. Organize Cables: Use the provided cable ties to neatly manage and secure all power and audio cables, ensuring a tidy and professional setup.

Operating Instructions

  1. Powering On: Once the main power adapter is connected, the built-in power supply will distribute power to all connected pedals. Indicator lights on the power supply will confirm active outputs.
  2. Using the USB Port: The USB OUT 5V 500mA port can be used to charge compatible USB-powered devices, such as smartphones or tablets.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the pedalboard and pedals. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.

Troubleshooting

  • No Power to Pedals:
    • Ensure the main power adapter is securely plugged into both the pedalboard and a working wall outlet.
    • Verify that each pedal's DC power cable is correctly connected to the appropriate voltage output on the power supply.
    • Check if the power supply indicator lights are on. If not, try a different power outlet.
  • Noise/Hum:
    • Ensure all cables are properly shielded and not running parallel to power cables for long distances.
    • The built-in power supply features short-circuit protection and is designed for quiet operation. If hum persists, check individual pedals or other components in your signal chain.
  • Pedals Not Sticking:
    • Ensure the adhesive hookside tape is firmly pressed onto the pedal and the pedalboard.
    • Clean the bottom of the pedals and the pedalboard surface before applying tape to remove any dust or debris.
