3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the clipper. The LCD display will indicate the charging status and remaining power.

A full charge takes approximately 4 hours and provides up to 5 hours of continuous use.

3.2 Attaching Guide Combs

Select the desired guide comb (3mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, or 18mm) based on the desired hair length. Align the comb with the clipper blade and push it firmly until it clicks into place.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off and Child Lock

To power on the clipper, press the power button. The LCD display will illuminate. To power off, press the power button again.

The clipper features a child safety lock function. To deactivate the child lock, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. To activate the child lock, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds again when the power is on.

The LCD display provides information such as speed (RPM), remaining battery time, and a "burden" indicator that suggests when to clean the hair from the blades.

4.2 Adjusting Speed and Blade Length

Use the speed buttons (+/-) to adjust between the 5 available speeds (5000-7000 RPM) for different hair types and grooming needs.

In addition to guide combs, the blade itself can be adjusted to 4 precise trimming lengths: 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, and 2.0mm. Use the adjustment lever on the clipper body to change these lengths.

4.3 Grooming Your Pet

  1. Prepare Your Pet: Bathe your pet and ensure their fur is clean and dry, free from dirt or debris.
  2. Comb Out Knots: Use a comb to thoroughly comb out any knots or tangles in your pet's hair.
  3. Pre-trim (Optional): For very long or matted hair, use scissors to trim the hair to a manageable length before using the clippers.
  4. Clipping: Hold the clipper firmly and move it smoothly against the direction of hair growth. Ensure even pressure for a consistent cut.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Blades

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your clipper. The blades are detachable for easy cleaning.

  1. Remove the Blade: Gently push the blade assembly off the clipper body.
  2. Brush Off Hair: Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any trapped hair from the blades.
  3. Rinse (Optional): The ceramic alloy blade is washable. You may rinse the blade under running water to remove fine hair and debris. Ensure the blade is completely dry before reattaching.
  4. Reattach the Blade: Align the blade with the clipper body and press it firmly until it clicks into place.

5.2 Oiling the Blades

After each cleaning, or regularly after several uses, apply a few drops of the provided lubricating oil to the blades. This helps maintain cutting efficiency and prevents rust.

  1. Apply 1-2 drops of oil evenly across the top of the blade teeth.
  2. Turn on the clipper for a few seconds to allow the oil to distribute.
  3. Wipe off any excess oil with a soft cloth.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Clipper not turning on:
    • Check if the battery is charged. Recharge if necessary.
    • Ensure the child lock is deactivated (press and hold power button for 3 seconds).
  • Clipper pulling hair or cutting poorly:
    • Clean the blades thoroughly to remove trapped hair.
    • Apply lubricating oil to the blades.
    • Ensure the blade is properly attached.
    • Check if the pet's hair is clean, dry, and free of knots.
  • Clipper making unusual noise:
    • Clean and oil the blades.
    • Ensure the blade is securely attached.
    • If the issue persists, contact customer support.
  • LCD display not working:
    • Ensure the clipper is powered on.
    • If the issue persists after charging and power cycling, contact customer support.
