Important Safety Information
- Adult Supervision Required: Always supervise children when operating the ride-on truck.
- Age and Weight Limits: Suitable for children aged 3-8 years. Maximum load capacity is 110 lbs. The large two-seat design can accommodate 2 children (under 4 years) or one child aged 37 months to 8 years.
- Safety Belts: Ensure children are securely fastened with the provided safety belts.
- Operating Environment: Use on flat, dry surfaces away from traffic, swimming pools, or other hazards. Avoid steep inclines.
- Charging: Only use the provided charger. Do not overcharge the battery. Disconnect the battery if not in use for a long time.
- Battery Connection: Remember to connect the power supply before first use. Charge the battery once per month if not used for long periods.
- Maintenance: Regularly inspect the vehicle for loose parts, damage, or wear.

Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. Refer to the included video for visual guidance.

Step-by-Step Assembly
Unpacking and Initial Setup:
Carefully remove all components from both boxes. Identify the car body, wheels, and accessory parts. Place the car body upside down on a stable surface.

Install Rear Suspension:
Attach the rear suspension components to the designated points on the underside of the car body. Secure with the provided screws and Allen wrench. Ensure both sides are installed correctly and tightened.
Install Rear Axle and Motors:
Insert the rear axle through the designated openings. Attach the right and left motors to the axle, ensuring they are correctly oriented (R for right, L for left). Secure the wheels onto the axle, followed by the M8 nuts. Do not overtighten the nuts; the wheels should rotate freely. Finally, snap on the wheel covers.

Install Front Axle and Steering Axle:
Assemble the front axle and steering axle components. Attach the steering axle to the car body, then connect the front axle. Secure with self-tapping screws and M8 nuts, ensuring all connections are firm.
Install Welcome Pedal (Side Steps):
Attach the welcome pedals (side steps) to both sides of the car body using the six self-tapping screws. Tighten securely with a screwdriver.
Connect Motor Terminals:
Locate the controller terminals and motor terminals inside the car body. Carefully connect the corresponding motor terminals to the controller terminals. Ensure a secure connection.
Install Seat and Backrest:
Place the seat into the car body, ensuring it aligns with the mounting points. Secure the seat with self-tapping screws. Install the backrest and connect the safety belts.

Install Side Tail Frame and Rear Lamp:
Attach the left and right side tail frames to the rear of the car. Secure the rear lamp assembly onto the tail frame lamp holder.
Install Steering Wheel:
Carefully install the steering wheel onto the steering column, ensuring correct orientation. Secure it with the screw bolt and tighten with a screwdriver. Insert two AAA 1.5V dry batteries (not included) into the steering wheel for horn and music functions.
Install Wind Deflector:
Attach the wind deflector to the front top of the car body.
Install Rearview Mirrors:
Insert the left and right rearview mirrors into their respective holders on the side of the car.
Install Fenders and Front Bumper:
Attach the front left and right fenders, and the rear left and right fenders. Finally, install the front bumper to the front of the vehicle.

Power-On and Initial Charge:
Connect the main power supply by plugging the red connector into its counterpart. Before first use, ensure the battery is fully charged. Refer to the "Charging Instructions" section for details.
⚠ STOP: Charge Battery First!
Remember to connect the power supply. Read the User Manual for instructions. Charge once per month if not used for a long time. Disconnect the battery power if not in use for a long time.
Operating Instructions
Manual Operation (Child Control)
- Foot Pedal: Press the foot pedal to accelerate. Release to brake.
- Steering Wheel: Turn the steering wheel left or right to change direction.
- Gear Shift: Use the gear shift lever (if present) to select forward, neutral, or reverse.
- Music/Horn: Press the buttons on the steering wheel for horn sounds or to play built-in music.
Parental Remote Control Operation
The remote control allows parents to safely guide the vehicle. Ensure 2 AAA 1.5V dry batteries are installed in the remote control (not included).

- Forward/Reverse: Use the corresponding buttons to move the vehicle forward or backward.
- Speed Selection: Adjust the speed (3 speeds) using the speed button.
- Steering: Use the left/right buttons to steer the vehicle.
- Emergency Brake: Press the emergency brake button to stop the vehicle immediately.
Charging Instructions
- Only use the charger provided with your Wpond Ride-On Truck.
- Locate the charging port on the vehicle.
- Plug the charger into the charging port, then plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
- The charging indicator light on the charger will show the charging status (refer to charger manual for specific light indications).
- Initial charge time should be 8-12 hours. Subsequent charges typically take 8-10 hours. Do not charge for more than 18 hours.
- Do not operate the vehicle while it is charging.
- If the vehicle will not be used for an extended period, charge the battery once a month to maintain battery life.
- Always disconnect the battery power when the vehicle is not in use for long periods.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the vehicle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Avoid spraying water directly onto electrical components.
- Battery Care: Keep the battery charged as per charging instructions. Store the vehicle in a dry, cool place.
- Tires: Inspect tires regularly for wear and tear. The vehicle is equipped with wear-resistant tires.
- General Inspection: Periodically check all screws, nuts, and connections to ensure they are tight. Inspect for any damaged parts and replace them immediately.
- Storage: When storing the vehicle for long periods, disconnect the battery and store it in a dry, temperate environment.
