Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, expose the watch to bright light (natural or artificial) for several hours to ensure it is fully charged. The watch will not operate correctly if it is not sufficiently charged.

2. Setting the Time and Date

  1. Pull out the crown to the second click position (time setting position). The second hand will stop.
  2. Rotate the crown to set the hour and minute hands. To set the date, advance the time past midnight until the date changes.
  3. Push the crown back to the normal position. The second hand will resume movement.

Note: To set the date, pull the crown out to the first click position and rotate it. Avoid setting the date between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM, as this may cause damage to the date mechanism.

3. Adjusting the Bracelet

The stainless steel bracelet may require adjustment for a comfortable fit. It is recommended to have this adjustment performed by a qualified jeweler or Citizen service center to prevent damage to the bracelet or clasp.
