1. Important Safety Information

WARNING: Always read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before using this appliance. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Use only clean water. Do not add any chemicals, detergents, or aromatic oils to the water tank.
  • The steam cleaner produces hot steam at 230℉ (110℃). Exercise extreme caution to avoid burns. Keep hands and face away from the steam nozzle.
  • Do not direct steam at people, pets, or electrical appliances.
  • Ensure the safety cap is tightly secured before operation. Do not attempt to open the safety cap while the unit is pressurized or hot.
  • Tip for opening cap: If the cap cannot be opened after use, it is because the residual steam temperature inside the tank is still too high. First, unplug the unit. Then, fully discharge the residual steam or wait for the unit to cool down completely before attempting to open the lid and add water.
  • Always unplug the appliance when not in use and before cleaning or maintenance.
  • Keep the appliance out of reach of children and pets.
  • Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
  • Ensure the power cord is not damaged and is kept away from hot surfaces.
  • Important Heating Tip: Please wait for the first heating cycle to completely finish before using the steam cleaner. If used before sufficient heating, the steam may be mixed with water. It is normal for the steam cleaner to temporarily stop heating after a short period of use if the internal temperature reaches 270℉ (132℃), as this is a temperature control protection mechanism.
