Assembly Instructions

The RB 9" Cordless Lawn Mower requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps:

  1. Attach the Handle Sections: Connect the aluminum handle sections by aligning the internal connectors and twisting the locking collars to secure them. Ensure a firm connection for stable operation.
  2. Connect Handle to Mower Base: Insert the lower end of the assembled handle into the designated slot on the mower base. Secure it by tightening the joint assembly.

  4. Insert Battery: Align the 40V 2Ah battery with the battery slot on the handle. Push firmly until it clicks into place.

Operating Instructions

Battery Charging

Before first use, fully charge the 40V 2Ah battery. Connect the charger to a standard power outlet and then connect the battery to the charger. The indicator lights on the battery will show the charging status. A full charge typically provides 30+ minutes of runtime.

Starting and Stopping the Mower

The mower features a dual safety switch system to prevent accidental starts.

  1. To Start: Press and hold the safety lock button (1) on the handle, then squeeze the start-stop button (2). The mower will only operate when the handle is positioned at a safe angle (between 20° and 70° from the ground).
  2. To Stop: Release the start-stop button.

Adjusting Cutting Height

The mower offers 3 preset cutting heights, ranging from 1.2" to 2". Adjust the height using the single lever adjustment mechanism on the mower base.

Maneuverability and Steering
