Currency Detection and Counterfeit Recognition

The AL931 utilizes 2CIS (Contact Image Sensor) technology along with multiple detection methods for bank-level anti-counterfeiting:

  • UV (Ultraviolet) Detection: Checks for UV features on banknotes.
  • MG (Magnetic) Detection: Verifies magnetic ink patterns.
  • IR (Infrared) Detection: Scans for infrared security features.
  • NT (Note Thickness) Detection: Measures banknote thickness.
  • SN (Serial Number) Recognition: Records serial numbers for tracking.
  • Fluorescence Analysis: Detects fluorescent properties.
  • Color Changing Ink Verification: Checks for color-shifting ink.
  • Dimensional Validation: Verifies banknote dimensions.
  • Paper Quality Verification: Assesses the quality of the banknote paper.

When a suspicious note is detected, the machine will stop counting and alert the user. Remove the suspect note and resume counting.
