1. Important Safety Information
Please read this entire manual before assembly and use of your GIODIR Propane Gas Grill. Failure to follow these instructions could result in property damage, bodily injury, or death.
- Outdoor Use Only: This grill is designed for outdoor use only. Do not operate indoors or in an enclosed area.
- Propane Gas Only: Use only propane gas. Do not connect to a natural gas supply.
- Clearance: Maintain a minimum distance of 36 inches (91 cm) from the back and sides of the grill to any combustible materials.
- Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation around the grill.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the grill at all times, especially during operation.
- Leak Test: Always perform a leak test on gas connections before first use and after any cylinder change.
- Hot Surfaces: Grill surfaces become extremely hot during use. Use heat-resistant gloves and appropriate tools.
- Storage: Store propane cylinders outdoors in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

3. Setup and Assembly
The GIODIR Propane Gas Grill requires assembly. Please follow the included user manual for detailed step-by-step instructions. Ensure all parts are present before beginning assembly.
General Assembly Steps:
- Unpack all components and verify against the parts list in the user manual.
- Assemble the base frame and attach the casters, ensuring two are lockable.
- Mount the main grill body to the assembled base.
- Install the side tables and side burner assembly.
- Place the flame tamers, cooking grates, and warming rack inside the grill body.
- Connect the gas hose and regulator to the grill and propane tank.
- Perform a leak test on all gas connections before first use.

4. Operating Instructions
Before lighting, ensure the grill is on a level, stable surface and the propane tank is securely connected and open.
Lighting the Main Burners:
- Open the grill lid.
- Ensure all burner control knobs are in the "OFF" position.
- Turn on the gas supply at the propane tank.
- Push in and turn one main burner control knob counter-clockwise to the "HIGH" position.
- Press and hold the electronic ignition button until the burner ignites. You should hear a clicking sound.
- Once ignited, release the ignition button. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes, and repeat the process.
- Repeat for other main burners as needed.
- Adjust flame intensity by turning the control knobs between "HIGH" and "LOW".
Lighting the Side Burner:
- Open the side burner lid.
- Ensure the side burner control knob is in the "OFF" position.
- Push in and turn the side burner control knob counter-clockwise to the "HIGH" position.
- Press and hold the electronic ignition button until the burner ignites.
- Adjust flame intensity as desired.
Use the built-in thermometer on the lid to monitor the internal temperature of the grill for optimal cooking results.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your grill and ensure safe operation.
After Each Use:
- Turn off all burner control knobs and the gas supply at the tank.
- Allow the grill to cool completely.
- Clean cooking grates with a grill brush.
- Empty and clean the removable grease tray.
Periodic Cleaning:
- Exterior Surfaces: Wipe down exterior surfaces with a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Stainless Steel: For stainless steel components, use a non-abrasive cleaner designed for stainless steel to maintain its finish.
- Flame Tamers and Burners: Periodically remove and clean flame tamers and burner tubes to ensure proper gas flow and prevent blockages. Refer to the detailed manual for specific instructions on removing and cleaning these components.
- Storage: If storing the grill for an extended period, disconnect the propane tank, clean the grill thoroughly, and cover it with a weather-resistant grill cover.
