Operating Instructions
Starting the Cleaning Cycle
The Polaris Pixel features a simple one-touch start for convenience.
- Ensure the cleaner is fully charged and the charging port cover is sealed.
- Press the power button located on the back of the cleaner. The indicator light will turn green.
- Gently place the cleaner into the pool water. Submerge it slowly to allow air to escape and ensure it settles on the pool floor.
- The cleaner will automatically begin its 1.5-hour cleaning cycle, cleaning the floor and cove of your pool.
Retrieving the Cleaner
When the cleaning cycle is complete, the Polaris Pixel will automatically park itself where the pool floor meets the wall for easy retrieval.
- Use the included retrieval hook attached to a standard pool pole to gently pull the cleaner to the surface.
- Lift the cleaner out of the water using its handles. Allow excess water to drain before placing it on the pool deck.

Troubleshooting
If your Polaris Pixel cleaner is not operating as expected, refer to the following common issues:
- Cleaner not starting: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Check that the power button is pressed correctly.
- Poor cleaning performance: Clean the filter canister thoroughly. Check the brushes for any obstructions or wear.
- Cleaner getting stuck: Ensure the pool floor is free of large obstacles. The track wheel design helps navigate minor wrinkles, but large folds may impede movement.
- Short run time: Ensure the battery is fully charged before each use. Battery performance may decrease over time with prolonged use.
