3. Setup Guide
3.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the Parent Unit. Connect the provided power adapter to the Parent Unit and a power outlet. The charging indicator will show the charging status.
3.2 Camera Placement
Place the Baby Camera Unit in a location that provides a clear view of your baby. Ensure it is out of reach of children and pets. The included wall mount base can be used for secure wall installation.
- For optimal night vision, avoid placing the camera directly facing a window or strong light source.
- Ensure the camera is within range of the Parent Unit for a stable connection.
3.3 Powering On and Pairing
The Parent Unit and Camera Unit are pre-paired at the factory. Simply power on both units, and they should automatically connect.
- Connect the Camera Unit to a power outlet using its dedicated power adapter.
- Press and hold the Power button on the Parent Unit until the screen turns on.
- Once both units are powered, they will establish a connection. A live video feed from the camera will appear on the Parent Unit screen.
3.4 Mobile App Connection (Optional)
For remote monitoring via smartphone, download the "BoifunCam" app from your device's app store. The camera connects to the mobile app via 2.4GHz WiFi.
- Download and install the "BoifunCam" app on your smartphone.
- Create an account or log in.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your camera. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or entering a device ID.
- Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network during the setup process.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Parent Unit Controls
