  • Measure the width, depth, and height of your kitchen space to ensure a proper fit.
  • Backsplashes are removable to adjust the height for freestanding or slide-in installation.

3. Electrical Requirements

This appliance requires a dedicated electrical circuit. Consult a qualified electrician for proper installation.

  • Voltage: 240V / 60Hz
  • Wiring: 3-Wire or 4-Wire connection.
  • The appliance does not come with a power cord. The power cord from your old stove can be used if it meets local electrical codes and the range's requirements.

4. Anti-Tip Bracket Installation

The anti-tip bracket must be installed to prevent the range from tipping. Follow the instructions provided with the anti-tip bracket for secure installation to the wall or floor.

5. Leveling the Range

The range must be level for optimal cooking performance. Adjust the leveling legs at the bottom of the range until the cooktop surface is perfectly horizontal.

6. Rear Trim Installation

Attach the rear trim piece to the back of the cooktop according to the included instructions. This trim helps to create a finished look and prevent debris from falling behind the range.

  • Bake/Roast: Standard cooking functions for various dishes.
  • Convection Oven: The convection fan circulates hot air evenly throughout the oven cavity, reducing cooking time and ensuring consistent results. Use for baking multiple items or roasting large cuts of meat.
  • Air Fry Function: This specialized function uses intense circulating hot air to cook foods with a crispy exterior, similar to deep-frying, but with less oil. Follow recipe guidelines for air frying.

4. Timer and Clock Functions

The digital display allows you to set the clock and use the kitchen timer or oven timer for precise cooking control.

  • Setting the Clock: Refer to the detailed instructions in the full manual for setting the time of day.
  • Kitchen Timer: Functions as a countdown timer without affecting oven operation.
  • Oven Timer: Allows you to set a cooking duration, after which the oven will turn off automatically.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your electric range.

1. Cooktop Cleaning

  • Daily Cleaning: After each use, allow the cooktop to cool completely. Wipe with a damp cloth and mild dish soap. For stubborn stains, use a ceramic cooktop cleaner and a non-abrasive pad.
  • Avoid Abrasives: Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch or damage the ceramic glass surface.
  • Spills: Clean spills as soon as the cooktop is cool enough to touch to prevent them from baking onto the surface.

2. Oven Cleaning (Self-Clean Function)

The oven is equipped with a self-clean function to simplify maintenance.

  • Preparation: Remove all oven racks and any large food debris before starting the self-clean cycle. The racks are not designed to withstand the high temperatures of the self-clean cycle.
  • Initiating Self-Clean: Follow the instructions on the digital control panel to activate the self-clean cycle. The oven will lock during this process.
  • Ventilation: Ensure good ventilation in the kitchen during the self-clean cycle, as some odors may be produced.
  • After Cycle: Once the cycle is complete and the oven has cooled, wipe away any ash residue with a damp cloth.

3. Exterior Cleaning

  • Wipe stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth and a mild stainless steel cleaner. Always wipe in the direction of the grain.
  • Clean control knobs with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not immerse them in water.
