- Step 1: Prepare the Base. Lay out the main base frame of the organizer on a flat surface. Ensure the bottom panel is correctly oriented.
- Step 2: Attach Side Panels. Securely attach the side panels to the base frame using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are tight.
- Step 3: Install Shelves. Insert the wire mesh shelves into their designated slots on the frame. The shelves should slide in smoothly and rest securely.
- Step 4: Add Top Frame. Attach the top frame section to the upper part of the side panels. This forms the structure for the long-handled tool slots.
- Step 5: Attach Wheels/Feet and Hooks. Install the swivel casters (wheels) or adjustable feet to the bottom of the organizer. Attach the fixed and movable hooks to the side rails as desired. Ensure wheels are locked if the unit is to remain stationary.
Note: The assembly process is designed to be completed by one person.

Utilizing Hooks
The organizer includes 13 fixed hooks and 5 movable hooks. The fixed hooks are ideal for tools with hanging holes, while the movable hooks offer flexibility for hanging various items like wire cutters, gloves, or small bags.
Shelf Storage
The three wire mesh shelves provide space for smaller items such as gardening boots, watering cans, fertilizer bags, seeds, or other accessories. The mesh design allows for air circulation and prevents water accumulation.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the carbon steel frame and shelves with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed. Dry thoroughly to prevent rust.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Wheel Care: Keep the wheels free of debris to ensure smooth movement. Lubricate axles if they become stiff.
- Storage: If storing outdoors, consider covering the organizer during prolonged periods of harsh weather to extend its lifespan, despite its powder-coated finish.
Troubleshooting
- Organizer is unstable: Ensure the organizer is on a level surface. Adjust the leveling feet if necessary. Distribute tools evenly to balance the weight.
- Wheels do not roll smoothly: Check for debris caught in the wheels. Clean and lubricate the wheel axles if needed. Ensure wheel locks are disengaged.
- Difficulty with assembly: Review the assembly instructions carefully. Ensure all parts are correctly oriented and hardware is used in the designated locations. Do not force parts together.
