  • Bone Conduction Transducers: Deliver audio through your cheekbones, leaving your ears open.

Charging Your Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your OpenSwim Pro headphones.

  1. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging port on your headphones.
  2. Plug the USB end of the cable into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The LED indicator will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.
  4. A 10-minute quick charge provides up to 3 hours of listening time.

Battery life is approximately 9 hours of continuous music and calls.

Setup and Pairing

Bluetooth Mode (For Land Use Only)

The OpenSwim Pro supports Bluetooth 5.4 for fast and stable connections.

  1. Power On: Press and hold the Power/Volume+ button until the LED flashes blue.
  2. Pairing Mode: If not automatically in pairing mode, press and hold the Multi-function button until the LED flashes red and blue alternately, and you hear "Pairing."
  3. Connect Device: On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and select "OpenSwim Pro" from the list of available devices.
  4. Confirmation: The LED will turn solid blue, and you will hear "Connected" when pairing is successful.

Important: Bluetooth signals do not transmit effectively underwater. Use MP3 mode for swimming.

Operating Your Headphones

Switching Between Modes (Bluetooth / MP3)

The OpenSwim Pro features dual modes for versatile use.

  • To switch between Bluetooth and MP3 modes, use the dedicated mode switch button on the headphones or control it via the Shokz App.

MP3 Mode (For Underwater Use)

The OpenSwim Pro has 32GB of built-in storage, capable of holding up to 8,000 songs.

  1. Transferring Music: Connect your OpenSwim Pro to a computer using the magnetic charging cable. The headphones will appear as a removable disk drive. Drag and drop your audio files (MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, APE) into the drive.
  2. Activating MP3 Mode: Switch to MP3 mode using the mode button or the Shokz App.
  3. Playback: Use the control buttons to play, pause, skip tracks, and adjust volume.
