7. Troubleshooting
| Issue | Possible Solution |
|---|---|
| Camera does not turn on | Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the camera to a power source using the USB cable and try again. |
| Poor print quality or no print | Check if the thermal paper is installed correctly with the smooth side facing the print head. Ensure there is enough paper. The camera may require a moment to warm up for optimal printing; avoid using it in extremely cold conditions immediately after powering on. |
| Cannot save photos/videos | Verify that the SD card is properly inserted and has sufficient free space. The SD card may need to be formatted (refer to camera settings). |
| Camera freezes or becomes unresponsive | Try resetting the camera by pressing and holding the power button for 10-15 seconds. If the issue persists, allow the battery to fully discharge and then recharge. |
| Charging cable gets hot | Immediately disconnect the charging cable from both the camera and the power source. Do not use the cable again. Contact customer support for a replacement. Always use the original or a certified replacement charging cable. |
