Safety Information

Adherence to the following safety guidelines is crucial to prevent injury and ensure a safe play environment:

  • Site Preparation: Before setting up the pool, thoroughly inspect the ground for any sharp objects, debris, or uneven surfaces that could puncture the material or cause instability.
  • Water Level: Do not fill the kiddie pool more than 2/3 full with water. Overfilling can lead to structural stress and potential collapse. The maximum water depth is 7 inches (18 cm).
  • Inflation: Manual or foot pumps are recommended for inflation. Ensure all air chambers are adequately inflated but not overinflated to prevent damage.
  • Supervision: Children should always be under constant, direct adult supervision while in or around the pool. Never leave children unattended.
  • Weight Limit: The maximum weight capacity for the play center is 110 lbs. Do not exceed this limit.
  • Material Safety: The pool is constructed from PVC material. Ensure children do not chew on or ingest any parts of the pool.
  • Slide Safety: Ensure the slide is properly inflated and stable before use. Only one child should use the slide at a time.

Setup Instructions

  1. Choose a Location: Select a flat, level area in your backyard, free from sharp objects, rocks, or debris. A soft, grassy area is ideal.
  2. Unfold the Pool: Carefully unroll and spread out the Evajoy Kiddie Pool on the prepared surface.
  3. Inflation:
    • Locate all inflation valves on the pool. The pool has multiple air chambers for stability and safety.
    • Use a manual or foot pump (not included) to inflate each chamber. The valves are designed with a two-step system to prevent air leakage during inflation.
    • Inflate until the sections are firm to the touch but not rigid. Overinflation can cause seams to burst.
    • Inflate the main pool structure, then the slide, palm trees, dolphin, and other accessory components.

  4. Connect Water Supply:
    • Locate the water hose connection point, typically near the palm tree sprinkler or dolphin feature.
    • Attach a standard garden hose to the provided adapter and then connect it to the pool's water inlet. Ensure a secure connection to prevent leaks.
  5. Fill with Water: Begin filling the main pool area with water. Monitor the water level carefully and do not exceed the recommended 2/3 full capacity (approximately 138 gallons or 522 liters).

Operating Instructions

Once set up, the Evajoy Kiddie Pool offers multiple play features:

  • Water Sprinkler: Turn on your garden hose to activate the water sprinkler feature, which typically sprays water from the palm tree arch. Adjust the water pressure at your hose spigot to control the intensity of the spray.Child playing under the coconut palm water sprinkler feature of the Evajoy Kiddie Pool

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly drain and clean the pool to prevent algae growth and maintain hygiene. Use mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly.
  • Draining: The pool typically has a drain plug at the bottom. Open the plug to allow water to drain completely.
  • Drying: Ensure the pool is completely dry before deflating and storing to prevent mold and mildew.
  • Storage: Deflate all air chambers, fold the pool neatly, and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it away from sharp objects.

Troubleshooting

  • Air Leakage: If the pool loses air, check all inflation valves to ensure they are securely closed. Inspect the pool surface for punctures.
  • Repairing Punctures: Use the included repair patches for small punctures. Clean and dry the area around the hole, apply the patch firmly, and allow it to cure for several hours before re-inflating.
  • Sprinkler Malfunction: Ensure the garden hose is properly connected and the water pressure is sufficient. Check for kinks in the hose or blockages in the sprinkler nozzles.
