Important Safety Information
WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury or death.
- Always secure your child with the 5-point harness.
- Never leave your child unattended in the stroller.
- Ensure the stroller is fully open and locked before placing a child in it.
- Always engage the brakes when the stroller is stationary.
- Do not overload the storage basket or hang bags on the handle, as this can cause the stroller to tip.
- This stroller is suitable for children from birth up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly inspect the stroller for loose parts, damaged components, or worn fabric.
Setup and Assembly
1. Unfolding the Stroller
To unfold the Veloce stroller, ensure the handle is in the upright position. Release the folding mechanism (usually a latch or button on the side of the frame) and lift the handle firmly until the frame locks into place. Listen for an audible click to confirm it is securely open.
2. Attaching the Seat Unit
Align the seat unit with the attachment points on the stroller chassis. Push down firmly until you hear a click, indicating the seat is securely fastened. The seat can be attached in both forward-facing and parent-facing positions.

3. Travel System Compatibility
The Veloce stroller is compatible with Primo Viaggio 4-35 Lounge or Primo Viaggio 4-35 Nido infant car seats. A separate "Car Seat Adapter" (sold separately) allows compatibility with most Maxi Cosi style car seats. Refer to the car seat manual for specific attachment instructions.
Operating Instructions
1. Adjusting the Handlebar
The eco-leather handlebar can be adjusted to multiple heights for comfortable pushing by parents of different statures. Press the buttons on either side of the handlebar and move it up or down to your desired position. The high position is useful for saving space, such as in an elevator.
2. Seat Recline and 5-Point Harness
The seat offers an almost flat recline, suitable for newborns up to 50 lbs. Adjust the recline using the lever located at the back of the seat. Secure your child using the 5-point harness, ensuring all straps are snug but comfortable. The harness shoulder straps are adjustable to accommodate your child's growth.

3. Adjustable UPF 50+ Canopy
The large, extendable UPF 50+ canopy protects your child from the elements. It features a peek-a-boo window for easy viewing. Extend or retract the canopy as needed to provide optimal shade and protection.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: The fabric components (100% Polyester Blend) can be spot cleaned with a mild detergent and cold water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. The frame can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
- Wheels: Regularly check the wheels for debris and ensure they rotate freely. Lubricate moving parts if necessary.
- Storage: When not in use, store the stroller in a dry place away from direct sunlight. The compact fold protects the upholstery and keeps it clean.
Troubleshooting
- Stiff or Grabbing Front Wheels: If the front wheels are not turning smoothly, ensure they are free of debris. Check the swivel lock mechanism to confirm it is in the desired position (locked or swiveling). If issues persist, contact customer support.
- Folding Mechanism Not Engaging: Ensure the seat is correctly positioned and all components are clear of the folding path. Apply firm, even pressure to the central control on the handle.
- Canopy Issues: If the canopy is flimsy or detaches, check the attachment points and ensure it is securely clipped to the frame.
