6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the screen and exterior. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Water Resistance: The device is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can withstand splashes and rain. However, it is not designed for prolonged submersion. Ensure all port covers are securely closed to maintain water resistance.
- Temperature Resistance: The unit is designed to operate in temperatures from -20°C to 80°C. Avoid storing or operating the device outside this range.
- Humidity: While waterproof, the device's waterproof film has microscopic holes that may allow humid gas or aerosol to enter, potentially causing condensation in very humid conditions. Avoid extremely humid environments.

7. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Check all power connections. Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the display and the motorcycle's power source. Verify the motorcycle's power supply is active.
- CarPlay/Android Auto Not Connecting:
- Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your smartphone.
- Forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pair.
- Restart both the display unit and your smartphone.
- Confirm that your phone's operating system is up to date and supports wireless CarPlay/Android Auto.
- No Audio from Helmet:
- Ensure your helmet is paired correctly to the display unit's "Bluetooth Emit" function.
- Check the "Phone Audio" setting on the display unit (Settings > System settings > Phone Audio > ON).
- Verify the volume levels on both the display and your helmet.
- Screen Condensation: If water vapor appears behind the screen, it is often due to humid air entering the unit, which is normal for IPX7 rated devices. This typically dissipates. Avoid very humid environments to minimize this.
- Display is Sluggish: Ensure your smartphone has a strong Wi-Fi signal and is not running too many background applications. Restarting both devices can often resolve performance issues.
