3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Replacing Heat Plates (Flame Tamers)

1. Remove the cooking grates and any existing heat plates from your grill.

3. Place the new stainless steel heat plates over the burner tubes. Ensure they are seated correctly to protect the burners and distribute heat evenly.

3.2 Replacing Burner Tubes

1. Carefully remove the old burner tubes. Note their orientation and how they connect to the gas valves and the rear support.
2. Insert the new stainless steel burner tubes, ensuring the gas inlet end is properly seated over the gas valve orifice and the other end rests on its support.
3. Confirm that the burner tubes are level and securely in place.

3.3 Replacing Igniters

1. Disconnect the old igniter wires from the ignition module.
2. Remove the old igniter electrodes from their mounting brackets, typically located near the burner tubes.
3. Install the new igniter electrodes into the brackets.
4. Connect the new igniter wires to the ignition module, ensuring each wire corresponds to its respective burner. The igniter wires are approximately 34.5 inches long.

4. Operating Your Grill with New Parts
