4. Operating Your Grill with New Parts

After installation, reconnect your grill to the gas supply and perform a leak test according to your grill's original manufacturer instructions. Once confirmed safe, you can operate your grill.

4.1 Burner Function

The new stainless steel burner tubes are designed to ensure gas flows smoothly and flames are dispersed evenly through precisely drilled holes. This provides consistent, even heat across the cooking surface.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance extends the life of your grill parts and ensures optimal performance.

5.1 Cleaning Heat Plates and Burner Tubes

  • Allow parts to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Use a grill brush or scraper to remove any food residue or carbon buildup from the heat plates.
  • For burner tubes, ensure the gas ports are clear. A wire brush can be used gently if needed. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could damage the stainless steel finish.
  • Wipe down stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly to prevent water spots.
