1. Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your Redragon Tassos GM32H2Q 32-inch Curved QHD 170Hz Monitor. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product and retain it for future reference.
2. Safety Information
- Do not expose the monitor to rain or moisture to prevent fire or electric shock.
- Do not open the monitor casing. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
- Place the monitor on a stable, flat surface to prevent it from falling.
- Ensure proper ventilation around the monitor. Do not block ventilation openings.
- Use only the power adapter supplied with the monitor.
- Disconnect the power plug from the outlet if the monitor will not be used for an extended period.

4. Setup
4.1 Assembling the Monitor Stand
- Carefully remove the monitor from its packaging, keeping it protected on a soft surface.
- Attach the stand neck to the monitor panel by aligning the mounting points and securing with screws (if provided).
- Attach the stand base to the stand neck, ensuring it clicks into place or is secured with the provided screw.
- Place the assembled monitor on a stable, level desk.

4.2 Connecting Cables
Connect the necessary cables to the monitor and your computer/device.
- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the monitor's DC IN port and then plug the power cable into a wall outlet.
- Video Connection:
- For optimal performance (QHD resolution at 170Hz), use the provided DisplayPort 1.4 cable to connect the monitor to your graphics card.
- Alternatively, use an HDMI 2.0 cable to connect the monitor to your device. Note that HDMI 2.0 may support QHD at a lower refresh rate than DisplayPort 1.4.
- Audio Output: If desired, connect headphones or external speakers to the P2 audio output port on the monitor.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
Press the power button, usually located on the bottom right side of the monitor, to turn it on or off. The power indicator light will illuminate when the monitor is on.
5.2 On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu
The OSD menu allows you to adjust various monitor settings. Use the navigation buttons (typically located on the bottom right bezel) to access and navigate the OSD.
- Menu Button: Opens the OSD menu.
- Up/Down Buttons: Navigate through menu options.
- Enter/Select Button: Confirms a selection or enters a sub-menu.
- Exit Button: Exits the current menu or OSD.
5.3 Adjusting Display Settings
Within the OSD, you can adjust settings such as:
- Brightness/Contrast: Adjust the overall luminance and contrast ratio.
- Color Settings: Modify color temperature, gamma, and individual RGB levels.
- Input Source: Manually select between DisplayPort and HDMI inputs.
- Refresh Rate: Ensure your operating system and graphics card settings are configured to utilize the monitor's 170Hz refresh rate.
- Adaptive Sync (G-Sync/FreeSync): Enable this feature in the OSD and your graphics card control panel for tear-free gaming.
- Picture Modes: Select from preset modes (e.g., Standard, Game, Movie, Text).
- RGB Backlight: Adjust or disable the RGB lighting on the back of the monitor.

5.4 Physical Adjustments
The monitor stand allows for ergonomic adjustments:
- Height Adjustment: Gently push or pull the monitor panel up or down along the stand column to adjust its height (up to 110mm).
- Tilt Adjustment: Tilt the monitor panel forward or backward to find your preferred viewing angle.
- Swivel Adjustment: Rotate the monitor left or right on its base (up to +/-20 degrees).

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning the Monitor
- Always unplug the monitor from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water or a non-abrasive screen cleaner.
- Do not spray cleaner directly onto the screen. Apply it to the cloth first.
- Avoid using benzene, thinner, ammonia-based cleaners, or abrasive pads, as these can damage the screen or casing.
6.2 Storage
If storing the monitor for an extended period, disconnect all cables, pack it in its original packaging (if available), and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your monitor, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- No Power:
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to the monitor and the power outlet.
- Check if the power outlet is functioning correctly.
- No Signal:
- Verify that the video cable (DisplayPort or HDMI) is securely connected to both the monitor and your computer's graphics card.
- Ensure the correct input source is selected in the monitor's OSD menu.
- Try a different video cable or port.
- Flickering Screen:
- Check the video cable for damage or loose connections.
