3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Printer

Before initial use, ensure the printer is fully charged. Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the printer's Type-C port and the other end to a power adapter (charging head) or a computer's USB port. The charging time is approximately 2-4 hours. The indicator light will typically change to indicate a full charge.

3.2 Installing the Thermal Paper Roll

  1. Gently open the top cover of the printer.
  2. Insert the thermal paper roll into the compartment, ensuring the printing side of the paper faces the print head. A small amount of paper should extend out of the compartment.
  3. Close the top cover firmly until it clicks into place.
  4. Important: Before using, please tear off the battery insulation sticker if present.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

Press and hold the Power ON/OFF button for a few seconds to turn the printer on or off. The indicator lights will illuminate when the printer is powered on.

4.2 Connecting via Bluetooth (Android/iOS)

  1. Ensure the printer is powered on and within range of your mobile device.
  2. Download a compatible printing application. The manufacturer recommends "dlabel" which is available on app stores.
  3. Open the printing application on your mobile device.
  4. Navigate to the application's settings or device connection section.
  5. Search for and select the PT-210 printer from the list of available Bluetooth devices. The printer's name might appear as "PT-210" or similar.
  6. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator light on the printer will typically be solid blue.
  7. You can now send print jobs from the application to the printer.

4.3 Connecting via USB (Windows)

To print from a Windows computer, you will need to install the printer's PC driver. The driver can be downloaded from the official website: http://www.xmjprt.com/2457747-2457747.html. Follow the on-screen instructions for driver installation. Once installed, connect the printer to your computer using the Type-C USB cable.

4.4 Printing Process

After connecting the printer to your device (mobile or PC) and loading the paper, initiate the print command from your application or software. The printer will automatically feed and print the content. For optimal print quality, ensure the thermal paper is correctly loaded and the battery is sufficiently charged.
