- Play/Pause: Press the button once.
- Next Track: Press the button twice quickly.
- Previous Track: Press the button three times quickly.
- Answer/End Call: Press the button once during an incoming call or active call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the button during an incoming call.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and ear tips with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For ear tips, you may use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then dry thoroughly before reattaching. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: When not in use, store your earbuds in a clean, dry place, preferably in a protective case, to prevent tangling and damage to the cable and earbuds.
- Cable Care: Avoid sharp bends or excessive pulling on the cable, especially near the connectors, to prevent internal wire damage.
- Moisture: Keep the earbuds away from excessive moisture and liquids. They are not water resistant.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No sound or sound from one side | Loose cable connection, incorrect audio source, damaged cable/earbud. | Ensure cable is securely connected to both earbuds and the audio source. Test with another audio source or device. Check for visible damage to the cable or earbuds. |
| Poor sound quality (e.g., distorted, weak bass) | Improper fit, dirty ear tips, low quality audio file/source. | Adjust earbud fit to ensure a proper seal. Clean ear tips. Try a different audio file or source. |
| Cable detaches easily | Improper connection, worn connectors. | Ensure the cable is pushed firmly until it clicks. If issues persist, the cable or earbud connector may be worn and require replacement. |
