3. Setup and Pairing
Initial Charging
- Before first use, fully charge the charging case and earbuds.

5. Charging
Charging the Earbuds
Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED display on the case will show the charging status for each earbud.
Charging the Case (Power Bank)
Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power adapter. The LED display will show the battery percentage of the case as it charges.
Using the Case as a Power Bank
The 2000mAh charging case can also be used to provide an emergency charge to your mobile phone or other small devices. Connect your device's charging cable to the USB output port on the charging case.

Battery Life

6. Maintenance and Care
Cleaning

Storage

7. Troubleshooting
Earbuds Not Pairing
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on.
- Forget the "F9" device in your device's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
- Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open to re-initiate pairing mode.
Only One Earbud Working
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
