1. Introduction

3. Setup

  1. Power Connection: Connect the 12V DC car charger to your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. Ensure your vehicle's engine is running to provide stable power.
  2. Attach Air Hose: Connect the air hose to the inflator unit.
  3. Select Adapter: Choose the appropriate nozzle adapter or sport needle for the item you wish to inflate and securely attach it to the air hose.

4. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the inflator. The digital LED display will illuminate.
  2. Set Target Pressure: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set your desired pressure (PSI). Refer to your vehicle's manual or the item's specifications for recommended pressure levels. The inflator supports up to 150 PSI.
  3. Connect to Valve: Securely attach the air hose adapter to the item's valve stem. Ensure a tight seal to prevent air leakage.
  4. Start Inflation: Press the power button again to begin inflation. The digital display will show the current pressure increasing.
  5. Auto Shut-Off: The inflator will automatically stop once the preset target pressure is reached. A sound and light alert will activate (green light and beep for 5 minutes) to indicate completion.
  6. Disconnect: Once inflation is complete, disconnect the air hose from the valve stem.
  7. LED Light: The integrated LED light can be activated independently for illumination in low-light conditions.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Storage: Store the inflator and all accessories in the provided fabric carry bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Fuse Replacement: If the unit fails to power on or operate, check the fuse located in the 12V DC car charger. Replace it with the provided spare fuse if necessary.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Unit does not power on:
    • Ensure the 12V DC car charger is securely plugged into the vehicle's socket and the vehicle's engine is running.
    • Check the fuse in the 12V DC car charger and replace if blown.
  • Inflator runs but no air is dispensed:
    • Verify the air hose is securely attached to both the inflator and the tire valve.
    • Ensure the correct nozzle adapter is used and properly sealed.
  • Inaccurate pressure reading:
    • Ensure the air hose connection to the valve is tight and not leaking.
    • Compare the reading with another reliable pressure gauge if available.
