5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the screwdriver. Connect the provided USB-A to USB-C charging cable to the screwdriver's USB-C port and a compatible USB-A power adapter (not included). The OLED screen will indicate charging status. A full charge provides power for tightening up to 900 screws.

5.2 Bit Installation

The screwdriver comes with a set of 34 magnetic bits stored in a pop-up case. To install a bit:

  1. Open the magnetic bit storage box. The pop-up design allows easy access to the bits.
  2. Select the appropriate bit for your task.
  3. Insert the bit into the magnetic bit holder at the tip of the screwdriver. The magnetic connection will secure the bit in place.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

The screwdriver does not have a dedicated power button. It activates when a rotation button (R or L) is pressed and deactivates when released.

6.2 Adjusting Torque Settings

The screwdriver features 4 adjustable torque settings to suit various tasks, from delicate electronics to more robust applications. The torque range is 0.049 to 0.30-0.35 N.m electrically, and up to 3 N.m manually.

  1. To adjust the torque, press the torque adjustment button (located near the OLED screen) three times continuously.
  2. Each triple press will cycle through the 4 available torque levels, which are displayed on the OLED screen.
  3. Select a lower torque for small, delicate screws to prevent overtightening and damage.
  4. Select a higher torque for larger screws or when more fastening power is required.

6.3 Forward and Reverse Rotation

The screwdriver supports dual-mode operation for tightening and loosening screws.

6.4 Using the LED Light

The integrated shadowless LED light automatically illuminates when the screwdriver is in operation, providing clear visibility in dimly lit areas.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

Wipe the screwdriver body with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure no moisture enters the charging port or bit holder.

7.2 Storage

Store the screwdriver and bits in their original magnetic storage box in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep out of reach of children.

7.3 Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods (e.g., every 3-6 months).

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, refer to the following table for common problems and solutions:
