2. Important Safety Information
Before operating the BH Vanquish II Treadmill, please observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury and ensure proper equipment function:
- Always consult with a physician before starting any new exercise program.
- Ensure the treadmill is placed on a flat, stable surface with adequate clearance around it (at least 2 meters behind and 0.6 meters on each side).
- Keep children and pets away from the treadmill during operation.
- The maximum user weight for this treadmill is 150 kg (330 lbs). Do not exceed this limit.
- Wear appropriate athletic footwear and clothing. Avoid loose clothing that could get caught in moving parts.
- Always use the safety key/clip. Attach it to your clothing before starting your workout. In case of an emergency, pulling the safety key will immediately stop the treadmill.
- Do not step on or off the treadmill while the belt is moving.
- Unplug the treadmill from the power outlet when not in use or before cleaning and maintenance.
- The Soft Drop system assists in safely lowering the running deck. Always allow it to operate autonomously to prevent back injuries.
3. Setup and Assembly

3.1 Unpacking

4.2 Starting a Workout
- Ensure the safety key is in place and attached to your clothing.
- Step onto the treadmill belt, holding onto the handrails.
- Press the "Start" button on the console. The belt will begin to move at a low speed.
- Adjust the speed and incline to your desired levels using the console controls.

4.3 Connectivity (Kinomap, Zwift, Volava)
The BH Vanquish II Treadmill incorporates FTMS protocol connectivity, allowing for greater compatibility with recognized fitness applications.
- Download your preferred fitness application (Kinomap, Zwift, Volava) on your smartphone or tablet.
- Enable Bluetooth on your device.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect to your BH Vanquish II Treadmill. The treadmill will appear as a discoverable device.
- Once connected, the application can control the treadmill's speed and incline based on your chosen workout or virtual route.
