Setup and Installation
Professional installation is recommended for this product. Ensure you have all necessary tools and materials before starting.
- Prepare the Installation Area: Ensure the floor where the column will be mounted is level and structurally sound. Mark the precise location for the faucet column, considering the position of your freestanding bathtub.
- Turn Off Water Supply: Locate the main water shut-off valve for your home and turn it off. Open nearby faucets to drain any remaining water from the pipes.
- Install Mounting Hardware: Secure the floor mounting plate (if included) to the floor using appropriate fasteners. Ensure it is firmly anchored.
- Connect Water Supply Lines: Connect the braided water supply lines (hot and cold) to the corresponding inlets on the faucet column. Ensure a tight, leak-free connection using plumber's tape or sealant as needed.
- Mount the Faucet Column: Carefully position the faucet column onto the mounting plate, aligning it correctly. Secure the column to the mounting plate according to the specific instructions provided with the hardware.
- Connect Hand Shower Hose: Attach the flexible hand shower hose to the designated outlet on the faucet column. Connect the hand shower to the other end of the hose.
- Test for Leaks: Slowly turn on the main water supply. Check all connections for any signs of leaks. If leaks are detected, tighten the connections as necessary.
- Flush the System: Run both hot and cold water through the faucet for a few minutes to flush out any debris from the new installation.

Maintenance
Proper care will ensure the longevity and appearance of your Essebagno faucet.
- Cleaning: Clean the faucet regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
- Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, ammonia-based cleaners, or any products containing bleach, acids, or alcohol, as these can damage the matte white finish and brass components.
- Aerator Maintenance: Periodically unscrew and clean the aerator at the end of the spout to remove any mineral deposits or debris that may affect water flow.
- Hose Inspection: Regularly inspect the flexible hand shower hose for any signs of wear, kinks, or damage. Replace if necessary.
Troubleshooting

| Water Temperature Issues | Incorrect mixer adjustment; issues with water heater. | Adjust the mixer lever. Check your water heater settings. |
