2. Setup

2.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. The charging case also functions as a power bank.

1. Charging the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED indicators on the earbuds will show charging status.
2. Charging the Case: Connect the Micro-USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port). The LED display on the case will show the battery level during charging. A full charge for the case typically takes approximately 2 hours.

The charging case provides 24-26 hours of additional earbud life, while the earbuds themselves offer up to 8 hours of playback on a single charge. Earbud charge time is approximately 30 minutes.

2.2 Pairing with a Device

The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode when removed from the charging case.

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically power on and attempt to pair with each other.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "F9 Mini" from the list.
5. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when removed from the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

3. Operating Instructions

The F9 Mini earbuds feature touch controls for various functions.

3.1 Touch Controls

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud (L/R).
• Next Song: Double tap the right (R) earbud.
• Previous Song: Double tap the left (L) earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap the right (R) earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap the left (L) earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Android): Press and hold either earbud for 3 seconds.

3.2 Power On/Off

• Power On: Earbuds automatically power on when removed from the charging case. To manually power on, press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Power Off: Earbuds automatically power off when placed back into the charging case. To manually power off, press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

3.3 Single Earbud Mode

You can use either earbud independently. Simply remove one earbud from the charging case, and it will automatically connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case or be used later.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

Regular cleaning helps maintain sound quality and hygiene.

• Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case.
• Gently remove any earwax or debris from the earbud mesh using a small, soft brush or cotton swab.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.

4.2 Water Resistance (IPX7)

The F9 Mini earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. They are resistant to sweat and rain, making them suitable for sports and outdoor activities.

• Do not intentionally submerge the charging case in water.
• Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them back into the charging case to prevent damage.
• IPX7 rating does not guarantee protection against high-pressure water jets or prolonged submersion.

4.3 Storage

Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged. Avoid storing them in extreme temperatures or high humidity.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your earbuds, refer to the following common solutions:

5.1 Earbud Reset

If you experience persistent pairing or connectivity issues, a factory reset may resolve the problem:

1. Delete "F9 Mini" from your device's Bluetooth paired list.
2. Place both earbuds back into the charging case.
3. With the earbuds in the case, press and hold the touch area on both earbuds simultaneously for approximately 10-15 seconds until the LED indicators flash rapidly, then release.
4. Close the charging case, then open it and remove the earbuds to re-enter pairing mode.
5. Repeat the pairing process with your device (see 2.2 Pairing with a Device).
