4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Truck Battery
- Ensure the truck's power switch is in the OFF position.
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the truck. Use a small screwdriver to open the compartment.
- Carefully remove the rechargeable Lithium Ion battery.
- Connect the battery to the provided USB charging cable.
- Plug the USB cable into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter). The indicator light on the USB cable will show charging status.
- Once fully charged (indicator light changes or turns off), disconnect the battery and reinsert it into the truck's battery compartment. Secure the cover with the screwdriver.
4.2 Installing Remote Control Batteries
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control. Use a small screwdriver to open the compartment.
- Insert 2 x AAA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment and secure it with the screwdriver.
4.3 Pairing the Remote Control with the Truck
- Turn on the truck using the ON/OFF switch on its underside.
- Turn on the remote control using its ON/OFF switch.
- The remote control and truck will automatically pair. A successful connection is indicated by a solid light on both the truck and remote control.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Controls
- Forward/Backward: Use the trigger on the remote control. Pull the trigger towards you to move forward, push it away to move backward.
- Turning: Use the steering wheel on the remote control. Rotate it left or right to steer the truck.
5.2 Advanced Maneuvers
- 360-Degree Spins: The truck's design allows for impressive 360-degree spins. Experiment with steering and throttle combinations to achieve this.
- All-Terrain Driving: The 4WD system and robust tires enable the truck to navigate various surfaces including dirt, gravel, grass, and shallow water.
