1. Product Overview

The RisoPhy Wireless Gaming Keyboard offers a versatile and responsive typing experience with its low-profile design and smooth red mechanical switches. It supports multiple connection modes, vibrant RGB backlighting, and extensive customization options, making it suitable for both office and gaming environments across various operating systems.

3. Setup and Connection

3.1 Connection Modes

The keyboard supports three primary connection modes: Wired (USB-C), 2.4G Wireless, and Bluetooth (BT1, BT2, BT3). You can connect up to 5 devices simultaneously and switch between them.

3.2 Initial Setup

1. Wired Connection: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the keyboard and the other end to your computer's USB port. The keyboard will automatically be recognized.
2. 2.4G Wireless Connection:
   • Locate the 2.4G USB receiver stored in the slot on the back of the keyboard.
   • Plug the receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
   • On the back of the keyboard, slide the mode switch to the '2.4G' position. The keyboard will connect automatically.
3. Bluetooth Connection (BT1/BT2/BT3):
   • On the back of the keyboard, slide the mode switch to the 'BT' position.
   • Press and hold the FN + Q (for BT1), FN + W (for BT2), or FN + E (for BT3) key combination for 3-5 seconds until the corresponding key (Q, W, or E) starts blinking rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
   • On your device (PC, Mac, tablet, smartphone), enable Bluetooth and search for 'RisoPhy Keyboard'.
   • Select the keyboard to pair. Once connected, the blinking light will become solid.

3.3 Ergonomic Design

The keyboard features foldable stands on the underside, allowing you to adjust the typing angle for improved ergonomics and comfort during extended use.

4.1 Key Switches

This keyboard is equipped with smooth red mechanical switches, providing a fluid and quiet typing experience with minimal resistance, suitable for both office work and gaming.

4.2 RGB Backlight Control

The keyboard features 16.8 million colors and 20 dynamic backlight modes for a personalized experience.

• To switch between lighting modes, press FN + INS.
• To adjust backlight brightness, press FN + ↑ (increase) or FN + ↓ (decrease).

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your RisoPhy keyboard, regular maintenance is recommended:

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the keyboard surface. For deeper cleaning, you may carefully remove keycaps (using a keycap puller, not included) and use compressed air to clear dust and debris from beneath.
• Spills: In case of liquid spills, immediately disconnect the keyboard from your device. Gently blot away any liquid and allow the keyboard to air dry completely before reconnecting.
• Storage: Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your keyboard, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Keyboard not responding: Ensure the keyboard is properly connected (wired) or paired (2.4G/Bluetooth). Check the mode switch on the back of the keyboard.
• Bluetooth connection issues: Make sure the keyboard is in pairing mode (blinking light) and your device's Bluetooth is enabled. Try forgetting the device on your computer/phone and re-pairing.
• 2.4G connection issues: Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in and the keyboard is set to 2.4G mode. Try plugging the receiver into a different USB port.
• Backlight not working/dim: Press FN + ↑ to increase brightness. Ensure the keyboard battery is charged.
• Keys not registering: Clean beneath the affected keycaps. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
