  2. Position the Lift: Place the lift jack on a flat, stable, and non-slip surface where you intend to perform maintenance.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to safely lift and lower your equipment:

  1. Lifting:
    • Once the equipment is securely on the wheel receivers, begin turning the hand crank clockwise.
    • The ball-bearing spindle ensures smooth and effortless lifting, even for heavy loads up to 400 kg.
    • Continue cranking until the desired working height and tilt angle (up to 45°) are achieved.
  2. Securing:
    • After reaching the desired height, always insert the safety pin into the designated hole on the crank mechanism. This prevents accidental lowering.
    • For added stability, especially when working underneath, consider placing additional support blocks under the lifted equipment's frame.
  3. Working:
    • You can now safely perform maintenance, cleaning, or repairs on the underside of your equipment.
  4. Lowering:
    • Before lowering, ensure all tools and personnel are clear of the equipment.
    • Remove any additional support blocks.
    • Remove the safety pin.
    • Turn the hand crank counter-clockwise slowly and steadily to lower the equipment back to the ground.
    • Once fully lowered, carefully drive or push the equipment off the lift jack.
