Setup
1. Charging the Device

- Gently push the desired massage head into the opening at the front of the gun until it is securely seated.
- To remove, gently pull the massage head straight out.
3. Connecting to RENPHO Health App

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the power button on the device for a few seconds until the display illuminates.
- To power off, press and hold the power button again until the display turns off.
2. Adjusting Speed Levels
- The massage gun has 6 adjustable speed levels.
- You can adjust the speed directly on the device using the control buttons, or through the RENPHO Health App once connected.
- The current speed level will be displayed on the LED screen.
3. Using Heat and Cold Functions
