This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of your RENPHO Massage Gun Head with Heat and Cool. Setup and Charging

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the massage gun head. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the device and the other end to a 5V 2A adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

2. Attaching to a Massage Gun

The RENPHO Massage Gun Head is designed for specific RENPHO massage gun models: RP-GM171-N1 and R-WMG08. Ensure your massage gun has an attachment port with an inner diameter of 0.76 inches (19.3mm).

1. Turn off your massage gun before attaching or detaching the head.
2. Align the base of the Heat and Cool head with the attachment port of your massage gun.
3. Gently push and twist the head until it is securely in place. Do not force it.
4. To remove, gently pull and twist the head in the opposite direction.

Operating Instructions

Using Heat Therapy

Heat therapy can help warm up muscles before exercise, relieve fatigue, and alleviate pain. The device offers two heat levels:

• Level 1: Approximately 100°F (38°C)
• Level 2: Approximately 117°F (47°C)

1. Press and hold the heat button (red flame icon) for 3 seconds to activate heat therapy. The indicator light will illuminate.
2. Press the heat button again to switch between Level 1 and Level 2.
3. Apply the heated surface to the desired muscle area.
4. To turn off heat therapy, press and hold the heat button for 3 seconds.

Using Cool Therapy

Cool therapy is beneficial for post-workout recovery, reducing tension, decreasing swelling, and providing stress relief. The device offers two cool levels:

• Level 1: Approximately 59°F (15°C)
• Level 2: Approximately 53°F (12°C)

1. Press and hold the cool button (blue snowflake icon) for 3 seconds to activate cool therapy. The indicator light will illuminate.
2. Press the cool button again to switch between Level 1 and Level 2.
3. Apply the cooled surface to the desired muscle area.
4. To turn off cool therapy, press and hold the cool button for 3 seconds.

Automatic Shut-Off

For safety and to conserve battery life, the massage head will automatically shut off after 10 minutes of continuous use. If you wish to continue therapy, simply reactivate the desired heat or cool function.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, damp cloth after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
• Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, charge the device regularly, even if not in frequent use. Avoid fully discharging the battery for extended periods.
