3. Setup

3.1 Connectivity Options

The IK85 Plus offers three modes of connection:

USB-C Wired: For a stable and fast connection, connect the keyboard directly to your device using the provided USB-C cable.
2.4GHz Wireless: For low-latency performance, ideal for gaming. Use the included USB dongle. Activate this mode by pressing FN + 4.
Bluetooth 5.0: For versatile wireless use with up to three different devices. Activate Bluetooth pairing mode by pressing FN + 1, FN + 2, or FN + 3 to switch between profiles.

3.2 Operating System Compatibility Switch

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 RGB Backlighting

The IK85 Plus features vibrant RGB backlighting with 1.6 million colors and various effects. The south-facing LEDs are designed to prevent interference with Cherry profile keycaps and ensure uniform illumination. You can customize the RGB backlighting to match your setup or mood.

To toggle RGB effects: Press FN + \ or FN + Enter.

4.2 Battery and Charging

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

To maintain your keyboard's performance and appearance, regularly clean it. Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keycaps. For keycap cleaning, gently remove them using the provided puller and wipe with a damp cloth. Ensure the keyboard is disconnected from power before cleaning.

5.2 Switch Replacement

Thanks to the hot-swappable design, individual switches can be replaced if they become faulty or if you wish to change the typing feel. Use the switch puller to carefully remove the switch. Align the new switch's pins with the holes on the PCB and press down gently until it clicks into place. Do not force the switch, as this may bend the pins.
